To ask the Minister of Health to detail (i) the number of leadership posts at Band 8C and above or equivalent; (ii) the annual cost of salaries for these posts; and (iii) whether these structures have been benchmarked against equivalent health systems elsewhere in the UK, broken down by (a) Health and Social Care Trust; (b) the Strategic Planning and Performance Group; and (c) arm's-length bodies.
