To ask the Minister of Health whether any assessment has been made on the (i) morale; (ii) recruitment; and (iii) retention, of Band 5 nurses following the decision not to fund to Band 6 accelerated progression, while increases have been awarded at the most senior levels of Health and Social Care NI.
