AQO 3381/22-27 Oral question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to outline any actions she is taking to support homeowners in unadopted developments that were constructed before January 2024, where the developer has gone out of business and existing bonds are insufficient to bring the development up to adoptable standard.
