Sport NI has primary responsibility for the management of Tollymore National Outdoor Centre, making this an operational matter for the organisation.
I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive of Sport NI who has provided me with the following response.
“Stakeholders are currently being contacted by the Fathom team and invited to participate in Stakeholder Consultation sessions taking place during the course of February 2026.
It is expected that preferred options for a target operating model will be presented to Sport NI for consideration before the end of the financial year (March 2026).”
