Answer
Healthy Child, Healthy Future (HCHF) is a framework for the universal Child Health Promotion Programme within Northern Ireland. It states that the appropriate venue for the one-year review is the child’s home. However, the review may take place at another venue (e.g. a health clinic), in certain circumstances, if it is not possible to carry out the review in the home.
In 2023-24, visits were completed as follows:
| HSC Trust | In person | By telephone |
| Belfast | 100 % | 0 % |
| Northern | 99.82 % | 0.18 % |
| Southern | 100 % | 0 % |
| South Eastern | 100 % | 0 % |
| Western | 100 % | 0 % |
